Wolf Properties LLC owns and manages every home listed on this site. There is no management company between you and us, so the person who stocks the kitchen is the same person who answers when you have a question about your stay.

Why health-conscious

Most rentals treat air and water as an afterthought. We do not. Every property gets reverse osmosis drinking water, a bidet in every bathroom, HEPA air filtration, bamboo toilet paper, organic bath and cleaning products, and natural fiber bedding, as standard rather than as an upgrade. It costs us more per property and it is the reason guests come back.

Where we are

Our homes sit in and around Bloomington, within reach of downtown, the Square, Indiana University, and the B-Line Trail, which covers most of what brings people to town: game weekends, graduation, campus visits, and longer stays.

How booking works

This site is a directory, not a booking engine. Each property links out to the platform where it is actually bookable, so dates, payment, and cancellation are handled there under that platform's protections rather than by us.
